VistaJet nutrition

At VistaJet, we understand how important it is to make sure wellbeing continues in the air, particularly for those who fly regularly. This includes good nutrition, which can help mitigate the effects of jet lag, keep you energized and even improve your mood. We would like to introduce VistaJet’s in-house nutritionist, Jenna Daou, who creates healthy in-flight menus and works with our Members to design menus that are tailored to their specific lifestyle goals and needs, which they can request when they fly with us.

Greek Yogurt with Honey and Fresh Berries

Our carefully crafted menu offers a variety of dishes that cater to different dietary preferences, ensuring everyone can enjoy a healthy meal during their flight. Below are examples from our menu:

Starters:

  • Rainbow Rolls with kale, avacado, cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, watermelon radish, herbs and soy rice vinegar sauce
  • Organic Quinoa Superfood Salad with organic quinoa, mixed dark leafy greens, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds with lemon Dijon dressing

Mains:

  • Tuna Poke Bowl with organic brown rice, edamame, fermented kimchi, radish, black sesame and ponzu dressing
  • Grilled Wid Saffron Cod served with cannellini bean salad and roasted tomato

Desserts:

  • Jenna's Snix Cashew Cheesecake with a date walnut base, creamy cashew filling with peanut caramel swirl and chocolate topping
  • Avacado Chocolate Mousse with fresh raspberries
